We're Not Exterminators. We're Rodent Specialists.
We handle rodents only. Not ants, not roaches, not termites, not mosquitoes, rodents. Every call we take is a rodent call. Every material we stock is for rodent exclusion. Every technician we send to your Spring Hill home has been trained specifically for this, not rotating between fifteen different pest categories.
Who We Are
We are a rodent control company serving Spring Hill, Brooksville, Hernando Beach, Weeki Wachee, and all of Hernando County, Florida. Rats and mice, specifically the roof rat (Rattus rattus), the Norway rat (Rattus norvegicus), and the house mouse (Mus musculus), are what we do, every day, in homes across this county.
We are not a general pest company that added rodents to a long service menu. When you call us about a rat problem in your Timber Pines home or mouse droppings in your Sterling Hill kitchen, you’re getting a technician whose entire training, experience, and toolkit is built around exactly that problem.
That focus matters because rodent control in Hernando County has specific requirements that generalist training misses: the roof rat patterns in neighborhoods with mature oak canopy, what soffit gaps look like after a Florida rainy season, why foam fails as a sealing material in this climate, and what a thorough roofline inspection actually involves versus what gets called thorough by companies who do it as one of fifteen services.
Why We Only Do Rodents
The most common rodent control failure pattern we see in Spring Hill is a general pest company setting traps, collecting payment, and not completing exclusion. The homeowner calls back six weeks later because the problem returned. The company sets more traps. The pattern repeats.
This happens because general pest companies are optimized for efficiency across a wide service menu. Their approach to rodents is standardized, not specialized. They may not walk a full roofline. They may seal gaps with foam because it’s faster than hardware cloth. They may not know the difference between the entry point profile of a roof rat versus a Norway rat in a coastal Florida home.
When rodents are the only problem you solve, you stop taking the shortcuts that look adequate but fail in Florida’s heat within a year. You invest in the materials that actually work. And you develop a process that produces a result that holds rather than one that has to be repeated.
What We Do on Every Job: Non-Negotiables
Exclusion before trapping: always
We seal every confirmed entry point before placing a single trap. This is the sequence that produces a lasting result. We don’t reverse that order.
No foam: ever
We don’t use expanding foam as an exclusion material anywhere on any job. Foam degrades in Florida’s heat and humidity and rats chew through it. We use stainless steel hardware cloth, metal flashing, and fitted vent guards.
Written photo report on every job
Every sealed entry point gets a before-and-after photograph. Every job produces a written report showing exactly what was found, what was sealed, and any wiring damage flagged for electrician follow-up. You see the work, not just the invoice.
No indoor poison bait
We use mechanical trapping only inside structures. The dead-rat-in-the-wall problem is almost always the result of poison bait used without prior exclusion, we don’t create that problem.
Transparent pricing before work starts
The written estimate with line items comes before any work begins. No additions at the end that weren’t discussed in advance.
90-day return protection
If rodents return within 90 days of our exclusion work, we come back at no charge.

The Spring Hill Neighborhoods We Know Well
We’ve done inspections in Timber Pines homes built in 1987 with four roof rat entry points along aging soffit edges. We’ve found Norway rat burrows near the AC pad of a Hernando Beach block home where salt air had corroded the foundation screen mesh. We’ve sealed the AC chase penetration on a Sterling Hill home where a family with two dogs had been dealing with mice for six months before calling us.
Each neighborhood has its own pressure profile, construction era, vegetation type, geographic location relative to the nature coast wildlife corridor. Knowing those differences is part of what makes a specialist different from a generalist rotating between fifteen pest categories.
